Rosenborg BK has extended the contract with assistant coach Sigrid Heien Hansen. She has committed to the club until the 2029 season. Heien Hansen has previously played football at the top level in Norway and is both a league and cup champion with Vålerenga. She joined Rosenborg before the 2025 season after being a football expert for Viaplays football broadcasts. In her first season, it was bronze in the series and cup final after close cooperation with head coach Robin Shroot and the rest of the support staff. Heien Hansen is looking forward to being part of the team's further development. - We must continue to build on what we are already good at, especially around training culture and daily demands. So it's clear, we will compete for gold and measure ourselves against good teams in Europe. But we will do it in our way with an offensive and entertaining playing style, which people recognize themselves in, says Heien Hansen. Heien Hansen is looking forward to continuing. - The player group is a very fine gang of skilled football players who work hard every day. It is a group that shows every day through actions that they have a strong will to become better. At the same time, there are good people who care about each other and you can feel it in everyday life. It's great to go to work and it's an important reason why I wanted to continue, says Heien Hansen.
